Earn

Complete your SYSPRO Certification Path in the SYSPRO Learning Channel (SLC) to earn your SYSPRO Digital Credentials.

Claim
Once you have earned your digital credential, you will receive a notification email from Credly’s platform (admin@credley.com). The email will indicate that the digital credential was issued by SYSPRO. Follow the instructions in the email to claim your credential.
Share
Let your professional network know that you have achieved a SYSPRO Certification Path and are fully SYSPRO Certified by sharing your digital credential. You can share your credential directly to LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook, via email, and/or embed it in your digital resume, website, or email signature.

When sharing your digital badge from Credly’s platform, you can also access the associated digital certificate as a PDF. Download and print your SYSPRO Certification Path digital certificate or share it electronically or online.

A: Credly is the end-to-end solution for issuing and managing digital credentials. Credly works with credible organizations, like SYSPRO, to provide digital credentials to individuals, worldwide. Credly’s enterprise-class platform provides a secure means of credential management and sharing.
A: Employees at SYSPRO, our Partners, and our Customers are eligible to earn SYSPRO Digital Credentials on Credly’s platform.
A: You can earn two types of credentials with SYSPRO LearnIt. The first type is awarded on our online learning platform, the SYSPRO Learning Channel (SLC), when you have completed an SLC program or certification (level). They are automatically awarded and displayed in the My credentials section of the My Dashboard page on the SLC. They are visible only to you and the other individuals within your organization and are not verifiable or shareable. The second type is awarded via Credly’s platform when you have completed an SLC certification path. They are issued on a weekly basis and are displayed on your Credly Dashboard page after you have accepted them. You can choose to make your Credly credential publicly visible or not. These credentials are both digitally shareable and verifiable.
A: No, SYSPRO Digital Credentials are provided by SYSPRO to fully certified individuals at no cost.
A: Yes, you will have to create an account on Credly’s platform. The email you receive after earning your first SYSPRO Digital Credential you will be provided instructions on how to get set up. Your Credly account will act as a portfolio of digital credentials you receive from SYSPRO and other organizations, such as Microsoft, Coursera, etc.
A: We have partnered with Credly to translate our SYSPRO Certification Paths into a credentials, issued and managed through the company’s platform. The technology Credly uses on its platform is based on the Open Badge Standards maintained by IMS Global. This enables you to manage, share and verify your Certification Path achievements digitally. Once you visit Credly’s platform and claim your credential, you have the option of sharing this, which is linked back to detailed metadata on Credly’s platform. The metadata provides detailed information about your SYSPRO Certification Path achievement.
A: You can easily configure your privacy settings in Credly’s platform. You are in complete control of which information about yourself you make public.
A: While credentials are simply digital image files, they are uniquely linked to verified data hosted on Credly’s platform. This link makes them more reliable and secure than a paper-based certificate. It also eliminates the possibility of anyone claiming your achievement and your associated identity.
A: Yes, you can download your credential from the Share Badge page. Your downloaded credential contains Open Badge Infrastructure (OBI) compliant metadata embedded into the image. This allows you to store your credential on other OBI compliant badge sites, such as Badgr Backpack.

A: To download your Digital Certificate, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Credly account and, on your Credly Dashboard, locate the SYSPRO Digital Credential for which you’d like to download the certificate.
  2. Select the credential to access it and then select Share at the top of the page.
    Several share options are available.
  3. Select the tab with the “printer” icon and then select Download PDF.
    You can then optionally print the downloaded certificate.

A: If your name is incorrectly displayed on your certificate, you can:

  1. Log in to your Credly account and select Settings > Profile.
  2. Update your first name and last name in the relevant fields.
  3. Save your changes.
